Prices in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Monthly plans only — no annual plans. Each month’s included AI credits are for that month and do not roll over. Changing plan: the App Store or Google Play applies the change and any proration under its own rules — an upgrade is normally available straight away, and a move to a lower plan normally starts at your next renewal.

How credits work
Monthly credits reset on your billing date
Each plan’s included credits are for one billing month, starting on the day your subscription started — not the 1st of the calendar month. Unused included credits don’t roll over.
Purchased credits never expire
Credits from a pack stay in your balance until you use them. RYMVI always spends your monthly included credits first, then purchased ones.
No charge for a failed action
If an analysis or answer fails, the credits it would have used are returned. The app shows the cost of a video analysis, from its length, before you confirm.

A social post costs 1–3 credits, a photo 2 per image, a video 16–30 by length, and Ask About Memory 1 (12–23 with web search). Full cost table.
What a credit is
Credits are spent only when RYMVI runs an AI action on a memory — for example a text or photo analysis, a video analysis, or an Ask About Memory answer. The app shows the credit cost before the action runs. Saving, organizing and backups never cost credits. Ordinary search across your library is a local feature and does not use credits; only an AI-assisted answer does.
Works offline; sync and AI need a connection
Capturing, organizing, searching and .rymvi backup and restore all work offline on your device. AI actions and RYMVI Cloud sync need an internet connection. Paid plans include RYMVI Cloud so a library can sync across your devices and be restored to a new one; it is optional, and Free has no RYMVI Cloud.
Billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by the App Store or Google Play. They renew until you cancel.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire and are used only after each month’s included credits.
- Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own processes. Your statutory rights are not affected.
